Magnesium deficiency: Test

Check your magnesium requirements here.

Daily magnesium intake can greatly vary depending on your lifestyle and circumstances and your age. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) and the Food and Nutrition Board (FNB)* recommend a daily magnesium intake between 300 to 400 mg for adults. However, many factors can affect how much magnesium you need. Magnesium deficiency can occur as a result of an unbalanced diet (e.g. by dieting, eating fast food), and industrial processing and preparation of food. Stress, exercise or pregnancy can also have negative impact on magnesium levels.

Our magnesium test helps to find out your daily magnesium requirement
